I read a statistic last night in another Blog post about active vs. Passive candidates.
Only 10% of the workforce is “actively” looking for a new job at any given time.
Recruiters do you spend your time going after the 10 or the 90 ?
If you can’t answer both, and be honest, are you really doing what you promised your clients? Finding them the BEST candidate!
The are not looking to you to bring the best of the active candidate pool. They are looking for the Best of the ENTIRE candidate pool!
JUST DO IT !
