The interesting thing about this article is the fact that the strategies and ideas that the author suggests when trying to recruit cybersecurity pros are strategies that you should be using/considering when recruiting any hard to fill role when the talent pool is as tight as it is right now.

If you are not thinking outside the box and being proactive in your recruiting efforts you are going to be on the losing end time after time.

The game has changed in a big way.  It is a talent driven market these days and that is not changing anytime soon.
